Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Department: Accounting

Reports to: Owner 

Work start and end time: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, some overtime as needed

Pay Scale: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience + Benefits

Position Summary:  Experience with accurate and timely financial reporting.  Assist with processing company invoices for installation and service customers and ensure timely and accurate billing.  Assist in collections and resolve customer billing questions or inquires.  This position will also assist with efficient internal controls, adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures.  Responsible for payables.  HR expeirence a plus.

Required Qualifications:

  • Combined five years of bookkeeping; including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, liabilities and related tax filings, excise tax filing
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience within service-related and/or construction-related industry highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
  • Must be well organized
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and explain bookkeeping details with clarity.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office product skillset, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Vista software a huge plus
